Plan 1: Free — for single-property unit landlords starting out
The free plan is genuinely free — no credit card required, no trial period, no hidden upgrade pressure. It covers one property unit and includes everything a straightforward single-let landlord needs: full MTD compliance, income and expense tracking, bank reconciliation, document storage, rent invoicing, and your financial reports.
The free plan is free until March 2028, giving you time to get fully set up and make the most of the platform before any pricing decision.
Who it's for: Landlords with one residential property unit, who have no joint ownership arrangements.
Plan 2: Landlord — free until Aug 2026, then £4.50/month, for portfolio landlords
If you own more than one property unit, or if your single property is jointly owned, the Landlord plan is what you need. Everything in the free plan is included, plus property unit-based pricing, joint ownership with automatic profit splitting, foreign property MTD, and letting agent integration.
At £4.50 per month — that's 15p a day, this is exceptional value compared to alternatives.
Who it's for: Landlords with two or more UK property units; landlords with jointly owned properties; landlords with overseas rental income.
Plan 3: Self-employed — £5.75/month, for sole traders
If you're self-employed (as a contractor, consultant, freelancer, or any other self-employed individual), the Self-Employed plan covers it in a single MTD submission. It includes MTD for self-employment income in one quarterly filing.
This saves you from having to use separate software for your business income.
Who it's for: Self-employed people who need to file MTD.
Plan 4: Landlord + Self-Employed — £9.75/month, for Landlords who are also sole traders
The Hybrid plan combines everything — UK property MTD, foreign property MTD, and self-employment MTD. If you have a complex financial picture with multiple income streams, this is your plan.
Who it's for: Landlords with a mix of UK and overseas properties, self-employment income, or those who want automated quality-checking on their records.
