The Income Statement sub-module provides a summarized view of revenues, costs, and expenses over a specific period, ultimately showing the net profit or loss. It serves as one of the core financial reports for evaluating business performance and profitability.
Fully integrated with the Trial Balance and General Ledger, the Income Statement automatically compiles all relevant revenue and expense accounts. It categorizes them under sections like Turnover, Cost of Sales, Gross Profit/Loss, Operating Profit/Loss, and Net Profit/Loss for easy interpretation.
Users can filter the report by period, hide unnecessary details, and compare performance across different date ranges. Export options are available for Excel, CSV, and PDF formats to support financial reporting, tax filing, and audits.
