All-In-One Property Investment Platform

GetGround is a UK-based property investment platform founded to make limited company (SPV) buy-to-let investing simpler and more accessible for landlords and investors. Launched in 2020 and backed by QED Investors, GetGround allows landlords to incorporate a UK Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) online in approximately 30 minutes, through which they can purchase and hold buy-to-let properties and benefit from limited company tax treatment. GetGround has since expanded to welcome personally owned property landlords as well as limited company investors. Its HMRC-recognised MTD solution is included at no extra cost across all three subscription tiers (Basic, Core, and Complete). The platform uses open banking APIs and a dedicated GetGround Financial Account to automatically import, categorise, and reconcile property-related transactions.
