A Profile is essentially a personal dashboard environment where a user manages and monitors all activities related to their business or income sources. Each Profile is completely independent and allows the user to organize their financial or operational data in a structured way. Essentially, a user can have multiple income sources in a single Profile.

Separate Profiles for Different Users

  • Every user has their own Profile.
  • Profiles are isolated from each other to ensure privacy and clarity.
  • Each Profile functions as a self-contained management area.

Profile Types

When creating a Profile, users can choose the purpose:

  • Use HMRC Categorisation
Designed specifically for MTD compliance and tracks metrics, such as income, spending, performance, and trends for the current month.
  • Use Detailed Categorisation
A broader dashboard that supports long-term accounting, historical data tracking, and overall financial management.

This flexibility lets users create Profiles that match their business needs.

Authentication

Each Profile supports separate authentication, allowing:

  • Multiple users or clients to access only their own Profile
  • Better isolation and security
