RentalBux Accountant Partner Programme

Yes. The programme is free to join. Apply online, complete verification, and sign the partner agreement and code of conduct. Discounts and partner resources are then unlocked based on your tier.

You start at Bronze and progress to Silver, Gold, and Platinum as your active RentalBux client base grows. Tiers are reviewed monthly and are based on minimum active client counts plus a minimum number of certified staff members.

Partners receive tiered discounts that scale with your practice: Bronze 15%, Silver 25%, Gold 35%, Platinum 50% (practice-billed subscriptions, ongoing). Client-billed discounts are also available per tier for a limited duration.

Silver partners and above earn revenue share on eligible new client subscriptions: Silver 10% for 12 months, Gold 15% for 24 months, Platinum 20% for 36 months. Payouts are made quarterly by bank transfer (minimum payout £25). Revenue share is calculated on subscription fees (excluding VAT).

Partners receive a toolkit of assets to help you grow: partner badges/logos, client comms templates, and marketing materials. Higher tiers unlock co-branded collateral, case study opportunities, joint webinars, and PR/media support.

RentalBux supports husband and wife landlords with equal profit sharing or Form 17 elections where profit is shared according to actual beneficial ownership percentages. Each spouse's share of rental income, allowable expenses and finance costs is calculated automatically.

RentalBux tracks UK and foreign income separately, ensuring correct reporting for domestic and overseas income sources. The platform maintains separate profit calculations with appropriate tax treatment for each, including correct Section 24 application.
