Invoice Module

The Invoice module in RentalBux helps users manage all billing and invoicing tasks related to business operations. It provides tools for generating, tracking, and managing financial documents such as invoices and business-related bills. This module ensures timely payments, reduces manual workload, and keeps financial records organized and accessible.

The Invoice module supports both one-time and recurring billing, making it suitable for managing business. It is designed to help users maintain financial transparency and streamline communication between landlords/business owners, customers/tenants, and accounting teams.

Invoices

The Invoice sub-module provides a streamlined and centralized solution for managing all billing activities related to business, tenants and rental properties. It enables users to create, issue, and track invoices with ease, ensuring accuracy in financial records and consistency in payment collection processes. Invoices can be generated automatically based on predefined schedules or created manually. Each invoice includes detailed line items, payment status indicators, due dates, and customer information—providing a clear and comprehensive view of all financial transactions. This sub-module supports exporting, filtering, and customizing views for efficient financial management.

Bills

The Bills sub-module provides a comprehensive solution for managing outgoing financial obligations related to property operations, vendors, service providers, and other business expenses. It enables users to create, record, and track bills efficiently, maintaining visibility overdue payments and enhancing financial accountability. This sub-module supports features like exporting, column customization, and filtering options—making it easier for users to monitor outstanding liabilities and streamline payables management.
